My Self Care Plan of Wellness and what about you ?



There are eight main aspects of personal health: Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Financial, Environmental,  Occupational and intellectual.


1. Physical :- Recognizing the need of physical activity, diet sleep & Nutrition.

2. Emotional :- Coping effectively with the life and creating satisfying relationship.

3. Social :-  Developing a seance of connection belonging and a well developed support system.

4. Intellectual:- Recognizing creativity activity and finding way to expend knowledge and skills.

5. Spiritual :- Expending our seance of purpose and meaning in life.

6. Financial :- Satisfaction with current and future financial situations.

7. Occupational :- Personal satisfaction and enrichment derived from one's work

8. Environmental :-  Good health by occupying pleasant stimulating environment that support and we'll being.
